Michael as a young teen was teased about his the size of his nose which caused him to go under knife the 1st time, over the years he went through many surgery's.

Starting from a cute Black American who won the hearts of billions around the world had transformed himself into a white man. No one knows why he went through this, what made him do it to himself, People still say if kept his natural looks he would be the Greatest Entertainer of all time.
