Did you ever want to dance or sing like Michael Jackson. You chance is coming. The folks over at Sony are releasing The Michael Jackson Experience XBox Video Game.
Reports are stating that the game will be available in November of 2010 and be interactive. Michael Jackson The Experience, due in November for Wii, Xbox, PS3, PSP and DS (rated E10+ for ages 10 and up), lets users try to match some of his classic moves. User can be tracked as they improve their moon walks and spins.

Michael Jackson Museum And Performing Arts Arena On Track

When we first heard about this museum and performing arts center we got excited. Then we heard the same old BS spewing from Joe Jackson. One statement said that 300 million people a year would show up. That's the entire population of the USA. And in the official statement below it says construction would take 10 years. Come on ten years many of Michael Jackson's fan will be in their graves too. The entire thing sound like a joke being played by desperate people.

"The City of Gary Indiana along with Joe Jackson, Michael’s father are working together to build a Jackson Family Museum and a Micheal Jackson Performing Arts Arena to the City. The Jackson family lived in Gary Indiana until 1971 when the success of The Jackson Five took them to California.

The Mayor of Gary Indiana, Rudy Clay has said the project has the potential to bring 500,000 to 750,000 visitors to Gary and an annual income of $100 million to $150 million dollars to the community.

In addition, the Jackson Family Museum and a Michael Jackson Performing Arts Center will generate hundreds of construction jobs and thousands of full-time jobs for the community when the project is completed, the mayor said in a press release.

Earlier in the year representatives of the group that is building the Michael Jackson Museum announced that they were also planning a hotel, a theme park and a golf course to be built after the Performing arts center and museum.

The amusement park is said to be designed with characteristics of Jackson’s Neverland Ranch and Chicago’s former Riverview amusement park.

A roller coaster with a “Thriller” theme would be part of the planned theme park

The 1 billion dollar project is to begin hopefully sometime in 2010. The construction lasting for ten years"

Now if this moves forward with the Jackson Family as a company and not non profit many will wounder. Michael Jackson left his children more than enough money. It is obvious from his Will he did not want any other family members touching any money. So this appear atleast for now a way for the family and Gary Indiana to profit from Michael Jackson's tragic life and death. Don't expect any park to ever be built.

Dr Conrad Murray To Be Indited In Michael Jacksons Death

Since the death of the beloved King Of Pop fans have wondered when someone would be charged for contributing to his early demise. Many think that those who prescribe drugs should be held responsible. Though personal responsibility is key in this case, it is clear that someone dropped the ball.
If Jackson was under the care of a doctor them one would think that Doctor would be responsible for MJ's care during that time.

According to ABC News "Dr. Conrad Murray, the Las Vegas-based cardiologist who was with Jackson when the pop singer died after receiving a lethal cocktail of painkillers and anesthetics June 25, has long been the focus of a homicide investigation.

Officially, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office said that no final decisions had been made in the Jackson case.

"We don't have a case. It hasn't been presented. Don't know when we'll get it," Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the DA's office, told ABC News.

Murray's lawyer said his client had not yet been made aware of any indictment.

"We have refused to comment on stories involving unnamed sources and will continue to do so. However, we can confirm that we have not received notice of an impaneled grand jury and Dr. Murray has not been invited to testify," said Ed Chernoff in a statement.

According to police reports, Murray found Jackson dead in the singer's Los Angeles rental home before administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation and calling 911.

In October, the coroner's office released a statement saying Jackson had died from an overdose of the hospital-grade anesthetic propofol.

The coroner also cited the powerful sedative benzodiazepine as contributing to the singer's death. A toxicology screen and search of Jackson's home found several other drugs in the singer's body and bedroom.

After the investigation, a slew of liens and lawsuits against Murray was discovered. In the last three years, Murray has faced lawsuits for unpaid business bills totaling over $700,000, including rent on his medical offices.

Since this man was hired to take care of Michael Jackson he was responsible for taking care of him. He should be charged if not for this case but to show other doctors this behavour will not be tolerated. Prescription drugs are a huge problem in the US. This man needs to be used as a example.

The case of Dr Murray needs to go in front of a Grand Jury then be sent to the DA's Office before the public will see further action taken against him.

August 18, 2009 Doctor Conrad Murray released a YouTube Video supposedly thanking his supporters. The video is just over one minute, but in that short period we can see the contempt of this man. He plays the victim with his statement.
every word out of Doctor Murray is "I" and "Me". The same words Psychopaths and people in jail use regularly. Its all about him.
Thanking patients and friends for emails and massages of support. Say what? It's hard to believe this person has any friends. Murray starts by saying he's afraid of returning messages and email because "Of What Has Happened". No mention of Michael Jackson. Its just about him.
Its obvious to anyone who is rational that Conrad Murray did have something to do with Michael Jackson's Death. Even if it was simply not doing his job. Though most think it is more criminal.
With what has gone on with autopsies, criminal investigations, multiple searches of the Michael Jackson Doctor home, office and storage facilities his video is a slap to the Jackson Family, Fans and Friends.
DR Murray is clearly watching out for himself and cares less about the death of what he claims was his friend.

Jackson Family Friend Says Wrongful Death Lawsuit Is Coming

Last week La Toya Jackson dropped a bombshell on the world saying her brother Michael Jackson was murderd. Along with that she said she knew who and way. Money was the motive according to. Miss Jackson.
Now a family friend appears to be backing up La Toya Jackson's statements.
Terry Harvey gave a interview to the same news agency that La Toya made here astonishing revelations too. News Of The World is reporting that Terry Harvey spoke to the Jackson family and that they said the autopsy results will show that Michael Jackson overdosed on a combination of narcotics and driprivan. It was also said in the interview July 19,2009 with Harvey that needle marks where found on Michael Jackson's arms and neck.

Terry Harvey says that the Jackson family is waiting for charges to be filed against those who injected the drugs and administered the Driprivan into there son Michael.

Unrelated to Terry Hervey's interview it would appear that there was no way Michael Jackson could have completed 50 shows as they where scheduled. Even though supposed friends of Michael Jackson say he was in good physical condition it would seem he was not.

A 50 year old man in good shape does not just drop dead even with all the drugs Jackson is said to have taken. Users of these drugs build up a tolerance and taking 40 zanyx a day is not unheard of for a full blown junckie.

Using common sense would tell us that Jackson was not in good shape. If it was true he was just over 110 pounds that says it all. Someone in good physical condition weight should be at around 150 to 165 and be muscle.

It has also been said that Jackson had insomnia which has shown to cause physical side effect in those who suffer from it regularly.

Jackson didn't eat ? This is some that has been stated on all the news shows by many different people. We all know diet plays a huge part in our health. You don't eat right you even get fat from eating to much or fall out of condition and deteriorate from not eating enough of the proper foods.

Michael Jackson seams to have have these three things working against him. So why are these so called friends of Jackson going on Larry King and stating they never saw any of this and he was in good shape?

To protect there own ass's seems to be the only answer. Some of these people where the enablers of Jackson. They are all scared of being blamed for Jackson's death June 25, 2009 now or in years to come. We can't get in those who made statement, but we can safely assume they do have motive to protect themselves from whats to come.

The release of the last Michael Jackson This Is It Rehearsal Video shows a vibrant MJ but what is the real reason for the release of this video. Assuming again we would say it was to start damage control. AEG was Michael Jackson's main handler at the time of his death. AEG was the tour promoter. AEG hired the doctors and AEG rented homes for Jackson and his kids in LA and London. This would put AEG in charge and they know it.

None of us know the real truth about what happened and probably never will. With so many people watching out for themselves the truth will sku'd by those protecting themselves and trying to cash in on the Michael Jackson name.

Jackson Death Investigation Becoming Focused on Homicide, Overdose

On Thursday July 9 2009 CNN reported that the Jackson Family was informed that early autopsy results could be pointing at a cause of death connected to a overdose or even a homicide.

This could mean many things. Jackson took to many drugs and overdosed or someone intentionally gave him drug that he overdosed on. That is if drug are the cause of death.

Could someone have wanted Michael Jackson dead? Maybe the man was 50 years old and was going to do a group of 50 shows in the UK. That could be a motive to someone with money invested in the tour. Jackson was reportedly in poor health and more than likely unable to complete all the concerts.

Doing 50 concerts as a older adult is not unheard of. The Rolling Stones have had a few tours since they all turned fifty and even 60 years old, But Jackson was a small petite man.

That theory doesn't really fly though. Concert promoters get the insurance on a performer before they advance any money. So if the promoters had already paid for the rental home in England and a Doctor for the tour it only makes sense that the insurance was in place. Insurance would pay out if Jackson could not complete his obligation.

Could the focus on homicide be moving towards a doctor or group of doctors that over prescribed drugs to Michael Jackson? Maybe in the Anna Nichole Smith Investigation the doctors involve have been investigated.

It would be hard to charge a doctor with homicide. If a patient has multiple doctors it would be hard to prove which one gave him the drugs that killed him.

Again as of now drugs are not the official cause of death, but all public evidence is beginning to point that way.

Jackson himself admitted to having a drug problem with prescription. The family has said that it was only that one time. I can speak from personal experience from having friends overdose and die that drug addict never stop 90% of the time. They can also hide it very well.

For the family to say they had no idea about drugs is simply them trying to protect there brothers name and legacy. How could they be unaware if Jackson himself publicly acknowledge drug addiction and treatment for it.

We have heard some reports from people who say they where close to Jackson like his spiritual adviser says maybe he just wanted to go out on top. Has in Michael Jackson intentionally committed suicide.

After Jackson memorial and the statement from his daughter Paris suicide also would seem unlikely. It is very obvious that MJ loved his kids. He went through so much to obtain them and protect them. Most people would not go through all that and leave the kids with a memory of a parental suicide for life. But then again from personal experience this is not unheard of. Parent can be selfish too. That's what suicide is. Self indulgence and self centered.

Back to Driprivan. Reports are coming out that Michael Jackson did have doctors administer the drug Driprivan.
