Barack Obama answers the question. Did you pay enough respect to Michael Jackson? Asked in a AP interview in July 2009.

Since when is the President Of The United States supposed to even comment on a celebrity death. Its is done, but to criticize how it's done is ridiculous. The media loves to second guess Obama in everything he say's and does.
If anything The President should separate himself from celebrity. Obama is in office to serve and keep the country safe, not get involved in pop culture.
Obama is a big music fan and is said to have Michael Jackson songs on his iPod.
